This page explains what information Akira Digital collects when you use akiradigital.net or hire us, what we do with it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, reach out through our contact form and we'll answer.

1. Who we are

Akira Digital is a web design agency operating from Los Angeles, California. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Akira Digital. "You" means anyone who visits akiradigital.net or engages our services.

2. What we collect

Information you give us directly

When you submit the contact form on akiradigital.net, we collect:

Payment information

When you purchase a package or a Design Day, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not see, store, or process your credit card or bank details — Stripe handles all payment data directly. We receive from Stripe only what we need to fulfill the order: your name, email, amount paid, and which product you purchased.

Information collected automatically

When you browse akiradigital.net, our hosting provider and analytics may automatically log:

3. Why we collect it

We use the information above to:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising or to build profiles for anyone other than fulfilling your request.

4. Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only to the extent they need it to do their job:

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or valid government request, or as needed to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of our clients or the public.

5. Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages — by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, by texting or calling us first, or by asking for text updates during a consultation — Akira Digital may send you SMS messages about your inquiry, your free website review, scheduling a consultation, and updates on a project you have hired us for. Messages come from our business number and are written and sent by our team.

6. Cookies and analytics

akiradigital.net uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. These fall into two groups:

We do not currently run email-marketing tracking, third-party advertising cookies, or cross-context behavioral advertising pixels on akiradigital.net. If that changes, we'll update this policy before we start.

You can control cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you refuse cookies or delete them. Blocking essential cookies may cause parts of the site to not work.

7. How long we keep it

You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see "Your rights" below).

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of any sale or sharing (we don't sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising), and to be free from retaliation for exercising these rights.

EU/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR): you have the rights above plus the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@akiradigital.net. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before we can act.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us — encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and vetted service providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection.

10. Children's data

Our services are for businesses and their operators — not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be flagged prominently. Continued use of akiradigital.net after a change means you accept it.

12. How to reach us

For anything related to this policy — data requests, corrections, deletions, or questions — email contact@akiradigital.net. Postal mail on request.
